Anthrobotany is an exploration of the relationship of human and plants, documenting the various ways they interact with each other. The photographs are a conversation between the two, showing how humans live with the plants that they cultivate and care for. From food to gardens and medicine, plants have been an integral part of human existence. This photographic series celebrates both the cultivation of plants as well as documents the small-scale destruction. It breathes a narrative to the plants living in a concrete jungle, and beckons veiwers to put thought to those plants.
